I stayed here beacuse of the location and the photos. The place looks very clean and nature is right next to your doorstep! The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Their tour guides speaks very good English.Jing’s Residence: "Why did we stay only one night?"
"Actually, the answer to the question in the title of this review is that we didn't have more time to spend on holiday. Our greatest mistake was not having two nights at this lovely hotel. Imam at reception was kind and welcoming. He made us feel right at home. The room was gorgeous and the courtyards of the hotel are lovely. The hotel is so quiet - it was the best night sleep we had the whole holiday! The breakfast was off a menu and the choices were both Chinese and Western. And both of our choices were delicious. We also decided to eat dinner at the hotel. It was ""upscale"" pricewise, but the food was excellent and well presented. We also were able to try some of the local dishes which we would have missed out on if we were just wandering the streets. We would recommend this hotel to anyone - and we hope that one day we will find ourselves back in the Jing Residence.... "Muang La Lodge: "Beautiful lodge"
Mung La Lodge is a beautiful ecolodge and a bit of paradise. The hot spring baths, the wonderful dinners and the terrific service contribute to a terrific relaxing stay. We stayed three nights and didn't want to leave.Maduzi Hotel: "Return to Maduzi"
"I had twice before stayed at Maduzi although some years before and found each stay most excellent. This stay, with friends, was also exceptional. Maduzi is located in downtown Bangkok right near the Skyway and a short walk to Centre Point shopping mall; the Paragon complex is but four Skyway stops away. Breakfast is included, and the choices are unique; I cannot understand anyone finding fault with the variety or quality offered, and breakfast was a pleasure. Maduzi is a truly unique (yep, that word can be used again and again), boutique hotel, a retreat in downtown Bangkok in beautiful surroundings and rooms with service that can satisfy almost all. My wife and friends thoroughly enjoyed their stay as I did. Room Tip: Upper floors are probably best because the roar of Bangkok traffic almost defied sound-proofing."Heritage Suites: "Awesome Stay"
I had an awesome stay here in Heritage. Very accommodating staff, they're all smiling and helpful. This is the best place to relax and to chill. Very unique, clean and big and classy room. The pool is clean as well. Delicious food and good drinks served while there's a band playing good music. Their boat cruise is super amazing I enjoyed watching the sunset! Will surely recommend to my friends!jing: "We still dream about it!!"
Jing's Residence is a chinese gem inside the walled city of Pingyao. The hotel is located into a historic courtyard that was carefully renewed to maintained its original characteristics. By the way, attention to every detail is something you will definitely find during your stay there. The decoration of the common areas, the bar, breakfast and the room, everything is made to make you feel you are in a special place. They serve west and chinese breakfast every morning, try both if you can. If you have the opportunity try the local dishes, the food is absolutely fantastic. We made noodles class and also recommend, they offer other special activities such as origamis classes for adult and children too. We stayed for 3 nights but had a train only in the evening so the offer us a late check out (actually more than late, we left the hotel only at 8pm!) with no extra cost. This made all the difference in our trip. Staff was always more than friendly and helpful. and they also speak good english. It is expensive but worth every penny. We can't praise this hotel enough. #❤️jing: "Not to be missed"

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with amazing surroundings. Listed here as a 3 star but definitely worth 5+. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with a beautiful design and amazing bathroom. The pool area is great . If you are looking for somewhere peaceful to relax and rewind, then this is the place to book. You won't regret it . "What a magical place this is, after 5 hour drive from Phnom Penh and 30 minutes boat ride we arrived to 4 rivers and was welcome by Luiz with welcome drinks and fresh cold towels after a long journey who explained that we were the only ones there for the night. Just my luck as I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. Anna at 4 rivers had suggested all ideas for the perfect proposal plan. On the night we arrived we went to see the fireflies, once we headed back to the tents there was candles and red carpet into the tent and there was the perfect setting for my proposal.(...) Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the day we left, the staff are always smiling, very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The entire setting is a paradise floating on a river with well-equipped tent and great views of the river. Perfection! Each course was an explosion of color and flavor. True art. Though small portions, this allowed you to try each dish without getting full and get to enjoy to the end. In the end, you were satiated with a 2 1/2hr performance. The kitchen had more chefs than customers. Each with own role and working calmly and harmoniously as a team. This was very impressive how they created art! Would definitely go again.
