Aarya Surindhara
Owner of Mollisol Farm in Chiang Mai, Aarya has a passion for soils, food and art. At the organic farm, she focusses on growing unique produces naturally on some of the most fertile soils of Thai Highlands. Located at 1,200m of elevation, the farm is unique for its setting and offers an amazing view on Doi Ithanon and the lower range of the Himalaya.

All our itineraries have generally been constructed on the basis of the rooms that have the most charm or best view, and not necessarily the first prices, nor the most expensive suites.
We can of course adjust according to your request.

Thailand has not waited for international food guides to come to be one of the main gastronomic destinations in Asia. From street food, to fine dining and authentic regional specialities, the country has a lot to offer to your senses. With this journey we will explore 3 areas only from the fashionable eateries in Bangkok to the highland organic farms above Chiang Mai, with some unique settings on a train, in a villa or in a farm.

This journey will combine cultural discoveries in Bangkok, Ayutthaya and Chiang Mai, visits of markets, farms and some original dining experiences all along.

Day 5 : Bohemian’s Residence (B/L/D)
We recommend discussing your preferred program of the day with your guide one day in advance. You may choose to simply relax and enjoy your villa, or perhaps just go for a stroll or cycle ride in the village... We would recommend an early rise to give alms to the monks from the local temple and witness this ancient and daily Buddhist ritual, returning to your villa for breakfast. And fishing on the river with a local’s guidance to ensure a good catch is not to be missed and you can cook and enjoy your catch of the day, fish and shrimp, that evening. Lunch at the villa, unless you prefer to find a local eatery by boat along the river... Enjoy a nap on your terrace, or by the pool, to the sound of the gently flowing river. Later take the boat upstream with your guide to meet the monks of a local temple and enjoy the simplicity of life along the river’s peaceful banks.

For your dinner, a private celebrity chef who has come especially from Bangkok will cook just for you, for a fine dining experience by the swimming pool. An unforgettable dinner with stars in the sky and in your plate!
HOTEL: Bohemian’s Residence (Villa)
Day 6 : Bohemian’s Residence – Samchuk – Chiang Mai (B/L/D)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast after which your guide will take you to visit Samchuk, a neighbouring town, famed for its traditional market. Unchanged for centuries, Samchuk’s market is a charming place to witness local life, stroll the market’s alleyways and explore the wooden shops over the river with your guide on-hand to answer your questions or help you shop and chat with the locals. Lunch will be in a local restaurant next to the market.
You will be back on the road before returning to your villa in the early afternoon. Free time. At the end of the afternoon you will say goodbye to this corner of paradise and head to Ayutthaya train station. You will take the night train from Ayutthaya to Chiang Mai in 1st class.
